animated dance & choreographic snapshots. ​

 

This work is part of a theoric, historic and plastic research on the transition of the body dancing in the image, undertaken since 2008. 

 

Annex site to research platform, it opens with the archives of a videodance practice with Marianne ML : performances, exhibitions, artistic collaborations, new images, fixed or animated.

 

Snapshots capture fleeting moments of the body in dance transformed by digital video. A reinterpretation of the imagination of the moving body is first thought live. This site presents a selection of frames and the elements of a dance language.
